Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Art Director with experience in digital design and apparel design. You will lead Cuera's visual identity across all platforms, as well as collaborate on the design of our collections.
This position offers flexibility for full-time, part-time, or retainer-based engagement, depending on mutual fit and availability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative development of digital, print, and product visuals, ensuring alignment with the Cuera brand.
- Oversee the design process for sportswear collections, ensuring they meet our premium market standards.
- Support in the direction of photoshoots and manage the visual consistency across social media, website, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand strategy and product innovation.
- Maintain a strong visual identity for Cuera across all creative assets.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in art direction, digital design, and clothing design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma / Adobe Creative Suite and fashion design software.
- A portfolio showcasing experience with fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of brand development and visual storytelling.
Nice to have:
- Play padel and other racket sports, you can walk the walk and talk the talk.
- Have grown a brand exponentially, ideally from small to someone we know and be able to discuss the learnings and repeat.
- Have contacts and specific skills we can connect with and lean on to scale.
- Advise on other topics like pricing, positioning, sourcing and distribution.
Salary: Salary based on qualifications and experience.
