On July 18th, the Cuera x PadelPadel tour rolled into Aarhus - our hometown - for the third Cuera Open of 2026, and the second-to-last event of the year. It could not have felt more fitting: a beautiful summer day, a buzzing crowd, and a community that keeps proving why this partnership matters.

A Perfect Summer Day on Home Turf

There is something special about hosting an event in the city where it all started. The sun was out, the courts were full of energy, and the competition was as sharp as ever. Players brought their full ambition to the tournaments, delivering the kind of intense, high-quality padel we have come to expect from the Cuera Open series.

But as always, the day was about more than just winning points.. 

Winding Down at HotSpot Sauna

Once the final matches wrapped up, the afternoon shifted gears completely. Players and guests headed to HotSpot Sauna for a well-earned session in the sauna gus - the perfect way to relax the body after a day of hard-fought rallies and let the conversations flow a little more freely.

Fresh Flavours from Sesam

No Cuera Open is complete without good food, and Aarhus delivered in style. Sesam served up freshly made salads throughout the day, giving everyone the fuel to keep going - and the perfect complement to a relaxed, summery atmosphere.

The Cuera Lounge: Where the Real Connection Happens

As always, the Cuera Lounge was the heart of the event. Happy participants dropped by throughout the day to unwind, catch up, and soak in the atmosphere - proof once again that these events are about far more than what happens on the court. It is where players, partners, and padel enthusiasts meet, share stories, and build the kind of genuine connection that keeps this community growing.

One Stop Closer to the Grand Finale

With Aalborg, Odense, and now Aarhus behind us, the Cuera Open tour has one final stop left in 2026: Copenhagen. Each event has brought its own energy, but there is no denying that returning to our roots in Aarhus made this one feel a little extra special.
