Ready to strengthen your defensive game and feel more confident under pressure on court?

Defense Divas is designed for women who already understand the fundamentals of padel and now want to improve their control, positioning, and decision-making in defensive situations.

This event is for the lower intermediate player who plays regularly, has some experience from social matches, the Lunar League or smaller tournaments, and wants to become more stable and confident during match play.

The session combines technical training, defensive exercises, and social point play in an inspiring and supportive environment.

• 15 min warm-up & introduction
• 90 min defensive training & technical exercises
