We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, we offer a 30-day return policy - you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: a 45 DKK handling fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@cuera.co so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Select "Exchange" in the returns portal and choose your preferred option. The fastest way to get what you want: return your current item, and once it's accepted, we'll automatically create a new order with your chosen item(s).

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it - for any reason, no justification required. The same conditions apply: items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days (excluding your bank's own processing time).
