*We utilize stock from two different warehouses to ensure the best possible availability of all items. If your order requires two separate shipments from both warehouses (a 'split order'), a shipping fee will be charged, even if the total order value exceeds DKK750 / €100 / £135, as we cover the cost of two separate parcel deliveries.

For all international shipments, FedEx recommends that shipments be sent at the beginning of week 50 to ensure delivery before Christmas.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

DELIVERY TIMES
Denmark: 1-3 working days, Europe: 3-5 working days, Rest of the world: 5 working days or more.

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
If you are not able to pick up your delivery as agreed, we charge the original shipping fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

LOST SHIPMENTS
If you have not received your order within 14 business days after receiving the shipping information, please contact Cuera as soon as possible.

RETURNS
We have a 17-day return policy, which means you have 17 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
