Ready to build confidence on court and take your padel game to the next level?
Net Ninjas is designed for women who already understand the basic techniques of padel and now want to develop their game through better control, positioning, and tactical understanding.
This event is for the lower intermediate player who plays regularly, has some experience from social matches, the Lunar League or smaller tournaments, and wants to become more confident and consistent during match play.
The session combines technical training, match-related exercises, and social point play in an inspiring and supportive environment.

- 15 min warm-up & introduction
- 90 min technical training & exercises
